That's sexual slavery. Real slavery means that slaves have officially no rights, and can be bought, sold or even killed by their master. Slightly different I guess.
Anyway, even real slavery is unrelated to social classes, as slaves in the Antiquity were usually taken from conquered tribes, regardless of the people's status.

In Somalia there is not even such a thing as a government, so I guess slavery is not "illegal" (as there are no laws).
