A question on Censorship in Japan

Hi all i am new to this forum,

i am entangled in a crazy discussion with some friends.i would like to know if in japan is allowed to teenager to look at porno anime,i am meaning:

can a boy under 18years of age watch to porno anime?
are also this porno anime showed in the public TV?

As for your first question: I haven't found any specific legal stipulation on that issue, but I'll post more in case I find some material.

Explicit sexual scenes are not shown on public TV.

As far as I know the age limit to visit adult shows, to rent adult videos etc. is below that legal age mentioned. I think it's 18 years.

Adult movies are not displayed on public TV.
