Kerog-san,

I googled "chanper C" but got no hits.

Maybe you can explain where and how it was used? There are IT people on this forum who may be have ideas if you give them more details.

In my personal experience, the katakana チャンパー very often means "chamber"--of course, this may be totally off mark.

Cool I have made fatal error!!!

I am really sorry. I have made fatal error for the spelling.
It wan not "chanper" but "chapter".
I corrected my first post.

I found that Chapter "C" Corporation is a kind of corporation which is classified by US tax law Chapter "C". It is private company.

That is what I found so far, but I need to know what kind of corporation it is and its characters.

If someone knows further information, please tell me.

Thank you.

I found an explanation in English here. See "C Corporation":

http://www.jacksontyler.com/USbusinessentity.html

In Japanese, it's called C法人(普通法人)

I think you can find further explanation in Japanese by googling with this keyword.

HTH!
