Kanda University

Hi all

any one from there? can i get more info about the univ and exchange there?
actually my Univ has cooperation with Kanda, there exchange student program, but i would like to know is there allowance, and how living cost since it's located in big city ( chiba) few years ago my big bro get exchange program from his univ to Hirodai and he got allowance/scholarship about 80,000 yen/month but since Hirodai not located in big city and it's public univ so it's not that expensive
i've tried to contact the prdept but the reply not good enough, they reply me using kanji and just tell me to go to some floor there or call or fax them x(
i reply back and ask some question but no reply yet

any help would be nice

did all thing in japan like that? the problem is i'm still in my country so i can't just do international phone call just for ask that T__T!
in their web it say just write in english or japanese but they not reply it well
