I don't want to translate this Japanese!!!

it says like kill of,destroy,peel off a skin,drop dead and all bad things.Scary!!!
I've never seen such foul and awful Japanese...

It means "We Japanese people..."
The "wareware" is redundant but it serves to include the speaker as part of the group so it has a different nuance than "The Japanese people..."
