Manga (mahn-gah), Literally reads "irresponsible pictures", but has come to mean Japanese comics.
My source was taken from http://mangaproject.cjb.net I'd trust they know the right meaning^^;

Konnichiwa Lotion-san!

Yes, "Ga" means picture. And "Man" means "wayward", "willfulness", "haphazard", "random", "unrestricted" and "freely".
"Manga" means freely picture without formality.

the "Man" in chinese means "slow" or that's my understanding of it. But I don't think Lotion was interested in the chinese translation heh

Konnichiwa Thomas-san! Op3l-san!

to Thomas-san
Yes, I created the illustration. Writing Kanji is not difficult to me, but English is more hard.

Of course Man(–Ÿ) has meaning "slow" in Japan too. But usually we use another Man(–) in meaning "slow".
