Find some job in Japan

Hi all.

Sorry for my poor english, first at all

Well, i write from Bologna, Emilia Romagna, and i'd like to know what is the simple way to find some job in Japan.

Last years i was in Osaka, Nishinomya and Kobe.

Japanese people are all kind, and all seems to work well in Japan.
This is amazing

I'd like to live in Japan but....i'm very frightened for the language.

I know only some words in japanese language....and i don't know if i would suceed to learn a very difficult new language.

What do you think?

i think that if you really want to have that experience, dont let the language barrier stand in your way....for us Latin language speakers (im from Spain) japanese is not that hard to pronounce,,in fact, the phonetics are the same....so if you do that, learn to speak first, ...then you can take your time with the writing, which is the difficult part.....the best to find out how that feels...well, ask a Japanese or Chinesse person hwo they did it when coming to live in Italy, Spain, USA, etc....
