Who is Asakura Daisuke?
Thats a good question...
He's a famous Japanaese composer, producer,
mixer, keyboardist, and vocalist. His style is
an unique, energetic, techno-rock mix.

He also read my e-mail in wrote to him
(in English) on Japanese TV. I have the
video clip if you need proof. I'll even send
it to you if you like.

Yes!

For example: The Seekers members,
Kenichi Ito, and Daichi Kuroda worked
with Asakura on a few songs for the
Gravitation soundtrack.

K.ITO + D.K
(Daichi Kuroda and Kenichi Ito)
did the Gravitation song, Sleepless Beauty.

Mad Soldiers was Kenichi Ito
and Asakura Daisuke. They did music
for Kotani Kinya,the singer behind
most of the Gravitation songs.

While Asakura was the main
composer, producer, and mixer
for Gravitation songs and soundtrack.

alo!!! Glad I found this thread here...i couldn't find much of Asakura Daisuke in other sites...he's the best vocalist//composer//songwriter//producer I've ever heard of!!!...*big praises to him*... His music is distinctive and nice, (happened to be the kind of music I couldn't get enough) especially the work he has done in Gravitation anime and for his DA family...*started listening to Iceman, Access, Kinya Kotani, The Seekers and TM Revolution when i heard he's the main producer for them^^"*...since then, 'Asakura~ism' has been spreading among my friends (poor them, listening me babbling bout Asakura Daisuke all day long)...

i'm a big fan of mad soldiers (especially their stuff with Kotani Kinya!!!!), T.M. Revolution, K.ITO + D.M. and i'm jsut getting into The Seekers, but their stuff is great too!
god... i can't belive not many people know him!!!!!
(though i suppose i only really know him because of my obsesivly obsessive obsession with Maki Murakami and Gravitation XD - yes, it was necessery to use that many 'obsessive's XD)

o god, i admire the man SO much, i'd love to write him, but i'd have N O idea where to begin

I really wish that him and Takanori would stop fighting and get back together. They were amazing together...*sigh* u_u
