Hmmm... Someone was telling me some Rakugo story about some kid with a name that goes

Jugemu Jugemu Gokouno Surikire Kaijarisuigyono Suigyomatsu Ungyomatsu Fuuraimatsu Kuunerutokoroni Sumutokoro Yaburakoji Burakoji Paipo Paipo Paipono Shuuringan Shyuuringanno Guurindai Guurindaino Ponpokopiino Ponpokonaano Chokyuumeino Chosuke

I was wondering if anyone knows what a Rakugo story is and where I might be able to find references to this story?

I've been on a wild-goose chase for it since I read "Jugeimu Jugeimu Gokouno Surikire"... etc., written on Alucard's glove in a Hellsing comic. It's taken me several hours.

I never put this kind of effort into school.
