Nice gaijin-san,

From the looks of it, "oneechan" is not "sister" but something else in this case.

Oneechan is often used as slang for a "woman of the night" (if there is such a description in English) or a sexually aggressive, older woman.

My guess is based on the wording of the title (suggestive of that) and what appears to be a pair of woman's legs and a very short skirt!
