This thing is buy in Harajuku (Snoopy Town)
but i don't konw what it say..
is every month to add water or can't add water??
can you transfer to English?

What you wrote means: Spray the plant all over with water (from a spray can) once or twice a month. Never pour water.

It's all right to ask these questions here, but you posted in the wrong section.

This section is exclusively for writing in Japanese, not English.
