Rules for the Music forum:

• Downloads.

Jref does not allow people to post links to torrents, mp3’s, yousendit/megaupload/rapidshare (and all the other upload websites) because of copyrighted materials.

This forum can get in trouble when copyrighted material is being posted. There are plenty of other mediums that can be used besides the forum for all transfers and sharing, use them instead.

(p.s. It’s still NOT ok, but what goes on in a private message can't be seen. )

• Non-Japanese Music.

This music section is for Japanese music only, if you do want to talk about music other than Japanese than have a look on the Eupedia forum

• Starting new threads.

If you have an idea for a new thread, please search the forum first to see if a similar thread already exists, and post in that instead. Any threads that are very similar to existing threads will be merged.

• Signature rules.

"All signatures should not exceed the following size limits:
For text signatures: 4 lines normal size, 8 lines small size and up to 90 characters per line. Empty lines are also counted. Font sizes above 2 are not allowed.

For images in signatures: one image up to 300 pixels wide, 100 pixels tall and 20k in size

If you do want to have text and an image, you can have a maximum of 2 normal lines (or 4 small lines) and one image (in a new line) up to 300 pixels wide, 60 pixels tall and 15k in size."

If a team member sends you a pm asking you to resize or replace your sig, please do so. Failure to comply or repeated abuses will result in your sig being removed without prior notice. We do appreciate your cooperation in this matter

• Quality not quantity.

Please think about Quality rather than quantity. Also don’t use thread as a chat box.
