Why does it show a little Japanese picture under my name, Koji, and say HISHA under it? Is that like a rank like Junior Member?

Yes, it's a rank. You have to pay Thomas money to earn additional ranks.

I have tried to take the quizzes but i don't see the answers to choose from. Now, I am in the states visiting, would it be that the kanji doesn't appear for that reason?
