変化
Henka, which is a noun meaning "change". 変 is also used for verb 変る (kawaru vi) and 変える (kaeru vt) but don't use this kanji alone, as it also is an adjective (hen) meaning strange, eccentric, etc.

Please put our minds at ease and tell us that this is not for a tattoo.

Isn't that just "woman" + "carburetor?"

You mean 改革? That's like "reform." And if you mean 改 used alone, no, it doesn't seem to be according to a dictionary check.

Just a side note (maybe you already understood it and this may not be necessary but just in case...)
As Glenn explained, 改革 means "reform" so if would not fit in the sentence like the one you mentioned, i.e. "big change in your life (or your mind), some new big steps in your life, etc... " |
