The song is from Japanese adult game "さよなら。(Sayonara.)"

I found a demo version of the game here.
storage.distribution.ne.jp/pandahouse/sayonara/bye_demo.exe

I installed it and found the same 2.wav in the demo's folder.
(To escape the demo's full window, press F2.)

The singer's name is Miki.

What do you mean by "r u sure"?

Install the demo version of the game and you will hear the song.
This is the only answer.
