You can't.
Well, you can submit sites to our directory, but it won't get you any credits. You wouldn't be able to spend those credits anyway, so earning them would be pretty useless. Hey Thomas, let's start a credits-system for our members, so they can earn credits by submitting a site. We could then create a line of J-Ref merchandise and our members could exchange credits for those goodies... Just a thought

Basically, that idea runs contrary to our policy. The directory is mainly a service to the web community and lists hand-picked online resources related to Japan. Currently, more than 50% of all pages submitted by third parties are rejected. I am afraid that a credit-based system (credit for what?) would just result in increasing numbers of entirely unrelated link submissions.
