Ai Kago blazing a trail back to the top? W

"Sacked in disgrace for being caught smoking while underage -- only cigarettes, mind you -- fallen idol Ai Kago stunned Japan's entertainment world watchers with a revealing interview announcing her comeback, and Asahi Geino (4/24) says that's not all she might be about to reveal.

Kago's talent agency fired her in spring last year when the paparazzi caught her on camera for the third time as she puffed away on a cigarette, even though she hadn't reached the legal age for smoking of 20.

Fickle though it seems compared to the antics of some young stars in Hollywood, that's the reality facing young celebrities in Japan's hypersensitive entertainment world, where image is absolutely everything.

It seemed the now 20-year-old former Morning Musume starlet's career was over when she was fired, but she suddenly reappeared before the media last week and announced in a series of "exclusive" interviews with magazines and TV shows that she intends to get back into the thick of things";

Full story;

It really sucked when W (double you) stopped making music, but its good to see that Ai Kago is planning on making a comeback, if only with acting (it would be really cool though if Nozomi Tsuji and Ai kago got back together to do the W thing, however i think the likelihood of that happening is pretty slim now considering how much time has passed). I wonder if she'll do any music though if her acting career turns out to be a success?
Last thing i had heard about Nozomi Tsuji is that she had had a kid and had changed her name to Nozomi Sugiura (although apparently she still uses her old name as a stage name); anyone know anything more about her than that?

Isn't it great?

Was about to make a thread just for help getting into her blog, but I see there's already a topic, so I'll post my problem here.

What I was about to post:
http://biscuitclub.fc.yahoo.co.jp/
It costs about 3$ a month to be part of this biscuit club site. You can browse most of the content free. But to leave messages and look at the FC material, you have be me a member. And being a member, like I said, costs about 3 dollars a month.

You can pay by credit card, yet they don't seem to take mastercard. What gives? How can I make it in?

Another day and still no response other than me.
It's really annoying how the female artists section here is so ignored in comparison to the male artists section.

just seeing if anything had come of the club membership thing, thought it was odd how you needed to pay money to post comments on a blog, so i tried to use 2ch to try to find something out that way, but it looks like in japan that everything is payment based instead of just requiring some registration like over here in the states, was hoping we could maybe sponsor a single person to join the club for our benefit who could occasionally post some of our comments on her blog but not sure if thats feasable, but man it would kick *** to be able to actually interact with her even if on a limited basis and i think it might lift her spirits if she knew she had some die hard fans in the states rooting for her too

Yeah i totally agree, there are a lot of great female artists out there in the Japanese music industry that hardly get any mention at all over here. W kicks ***!
Some of morning musume's music is really good as well, although i mostly prefer their older stuff- and who can forget Ayumi Hamasaki? She's done some really awesome music as well .
