Need help paying for a Yahoo Japan blog

It costs about 3$ a month to be part of this biscuit club site. You can browse most of the content free. But to leave messages and look at the FC material, you have be me a member. And being a member, like I said, costs about 3 dollars a month. You can pay by credit card, yet they don't seem to take mastercard. What gives? How can I make it in?
