You can try Kinokuniya in LA's Little Tokyo.
Of course, their price includes enough shipping to go around the world at least 3 times. You could grab a few copies off local trains, lazy passengers just leave their finished copy on the seat or over head rack for some lucky soul. Hey, everything is basically weekly.
