Can someone tell me the reason(s) Japanese economy has been experiencing problems since early '90s? (just the basic facts)Thnx

This thread by senseiman is pretty interesting... Originally; they were talking about the worst tourist attractions, but somewhere in the thread, there are some realistic ideas as to why Japan is in an economy slump.

Thnx, the thread is really interesting. It's like I've been in charge of Japanese finances - meaningless shopping, meaningless shopping and some more meaningless shopping
No wonder their economy is doing so bad
