Hehe, sorry to get back to the world cup. The former Brazilian team player Zico agreed to coach the Japanese national team until the end of the next soccer worldcup in Germany in 2006, taking over from Philippe Troussier. Let's see which team gets further in 2006, South Korea or Japan. ;)

Definitely a positive step on behalf of the Japanese national team! Troussier taught the basics, Zico will proceed with the subtleties.
One question remains: how will we soccer addicts survive those four years until 2006??

Let's not forget the players who'll be gaining experience by playing in Europe!
the addicts will have to watch the Giants play baseball.
