japanese contingent in iraq

To this point I have some questions:

1. does a military postal system exist at the japanese army?

2. If it exists - is it to reach from germany and what have I to do ...

3. Is it possible to get in contanct via letter with one of those soldiers for support?

the last one: someone interested to share my hobby with me?
