Tokyo Commuting...

Hi all.. I am going to Tokyo and this will be my first trip to Japan!
Few dumb questions...

I get off at Nippori station by train and from there, I would like to take the bus. Is there a bus stop nearby that I should go too? Does the driver/conductor announce stops? Are most signs bilingual (Japanese/English) in Tokyo?

And can someone translate this to roma-ji ^^

Where is the bus stop?
Does this bus stop at Namidabashi stop?
Where is the restrooom?
Can I take a picture?

Any other advice/tips is greatly appreciated ;)
