New forum idea...
How about a forum to disscuss teaching ESL in japan, overseas and locally... I would be interested in seeing something like this to exchange ideas with other fellow teachers. If you like this idea and go ahead with it, please do not make it a sub-forum...like the ones under "News + Hot Topics". Sub forums never seem to attract much traffic IMO.
