雑談部屋 or 雑談Thread. "Chatting Thread" Hmm....

threadに適当な日本語はないような気がします・・・
threadとは「糸、縫い糸」という意味みたいだけれども 、雑談糸なんて変だし。

(I am opposed to the existence of katakana and foreign words.)
私はカタカナの存在に反対です。
(Or rather, I hate Japanese.)
(というよりは)むしろ日本語が嫌いです。

ratherと言う単語は前に習った事が?*ります。
Or rather, 〜で使えばいいのですかね。

(Although now that we have the mojibake problem, it has become more convenient to simply use English desune.)

Firstly, The reason why I hate Katakana is that It's uncool.
Katakana was made for Japanese to say foreign words easily.
So, It makes us difficult to learn English.
Because It's not the same pronunciation.
And sometimes It's not the same thing.

Now, how would you say these in Japanese ?

Do you really want to know that? (^^;

まず始めに私がカタカナが嫌いな理由はそれがかっこわ るいからでえす。
カタカナは日本路が外来語を優し?*言うために作られま した。
そして、それは私たちが英語を学ぶ事を困難にします。
なぜならそれは同じ?*音ではない。
そして時々それは同じものではない。

ちょっと変かな・・・・はは。

So it is sometimes the case that Japanese words are coined (created) to replace katakana?

だから時々日本語はカタカナを置き換えるために作成さ れる場合が?*る。

And the first rule of this new thread : Japanese speakers have to use an Englishman's English and not your own....

So....tadashiku wa.....

First of all, the main reason I hate Katakana is that it is uncool.
Katakana was made (or created) for Japanese to more easily incorporate foreign words.
It also makes it difficult for us to learn English.
Because the pronunciation is not the same.
And sometimes the meaning is different as well.

I just want to know a better way than mine of translating these .

Now this one, I'm still interested in it....

Also this.....ただ最近西洋(特にアメリカ)から入ってき トいる新し い言葉は日本語に訳すと帰って難し・なることも・るし 、本来日本になかったものも・るのでその時、その時に よりますね。

Simply, new Western words which have entered Japanese recently, particularly from America, if translated, make it difficult to go back. Since some were not originally Japanese words, depending on the time....(?)

Evidently the mojibake problem is being worked on...., although what is this 酷?*て supposed to be, besides harsh? What is your encoding set on Mac? I'll try Western European next time and see if that works.....although it spontaneously switches back and forth, on and off, too much to make any firm promises.

I think your translating of English is perfect, off course. (^^;
I should have said like "And sometimes the meaning is different as well (or too?)"

Simply, new Western words which have entered Japanese recently, particularly from America, if translated, make it difficult to go back. Since some were not originally Japanese words, depending on the time....(?)

ただ、最近新し?*入ってきた西洋の言葉(特にアメリカ から入ってきた言葉)は、もし翻訳されればそれが戻る 事を困難にします・・・?それ以来い?*らかが本来日本 語にはな?*、時に依存している・・・?

Do you wanna know something?
I didn't understand what you said... I'm sorry.

酷?*て = hidoi desu, maybe.
My browser's default encoding is Japanese (Shift JIS).

I have one question.

?*なたは音楽を聞きながら、数学を勉?*することができ ます。

〜しながら〜するorできるの文はどうなるんでしょうか ?

No, that's fine. I hope the Japanese is correct, it's just that my translation doesn't sound very good in English. he he

Mac, I don't understand this part very well. Are you saying the old thread was too much Japanese ? Maybe....

今私たちは文字化けの問題が?*るのだけれど、それはも っと(単純に)英語を使うのに都合が良?*なった。

Although it is a mojibake problem, it is more convenient (benri instead of tsugou?) to use English. Imi wa chotto chigau desu. 「Although now that we have」は「Althoughだけ (けど、けれど、でも、など)]と意味ではないと思います。
おそら・「Although now that we have」という表現は「から、ので、because]にもっと近・なるでしょう。

それで、多分、文字化けがするので (?)(今文字化 けの問題が・るので)、それは英語を使うのは便利にな ってきました(?)という風に言いたかったのでしょう 。 間違いを訂正してね。

英語ではそのような文では「〜〜ながら」という部分が 別の部分より大事じゃないだと必ずしも
言えていないけど。文脈によって違いますね。

じゃ・、間違いを直して・ださいませんか。・りがとう 。
