Travel Plans.. Comments/Suggestions Please!

Ok, so far planning my trip to Tokyo, Japan from New Orleans, Louisiana.

Flight:
Departing New Orleans International Airport at 6:00 A.M. - Sunday, May 16.
Arriving at Narita International Airport at 1:25 P.M. - Monday, May 17.
-- Flight Cost For Delta Airlines: $665.00 (Coach Class)

Trip To Hotel:
Taking the Keisei Line from Narita airport to Keisei Ueno Station (76 min 1,000Yen).
Then at Keisei Ueno changing to the subway Hibiya line (Kitasenju direction) then getting off at Minowa station the 2nd station from Ueno (10 min, 160Yen).
Then a 10 minute walk to the hotel from Minowa station.
-- Trip Cost: 1,160Yen - $10.00

Hotel:
I will be staying at the New Koyo Economy Hotel for 2,500Yen a night, in a Single Small Japanese Style Bedroom staying for 15 nights.
-- Hotel Cost: 37,500Yen - $356.00

Depart Flight:
Departing Tuesday, June 1 from Narita International Airport at 3:30 P.M.
Arrive back Wednesday, in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Please let me know how this trip fare looks and if you have any comments/suggestions or additional costs I need to add such as food/transportation, and costs I may need for sight seeing, etc..

Hopefully I will get to meet a few JREF members down there maybe?
