Recipe : easy and tasty japanese dish
I don't know if there is a name for this dish that my wife taught me, but here is the recipe. I apologise in advance for my poor cooking explanations.
Ingredients (for 2 people or one hungry stomach) :
First of all, fry the 2 eggs sunny-side-up (目玉焼き). For this, put some (cooking) oil in the frying pan, add the eggs, then add some water (be careful, as hot oil and water react violently, don't get yourself burnt !) and immediately put the lid over the pan until it's done. Then, put the 2 sunny-side aside on a separate plate. Secondly, wash your fry(ing) pan. Cut the leeks diagonally in 1cm wide pieces. Then add new oil into the pan and fry the sliced pork till there is no more raw parts (sorry my cooking vocabulary is rather primitive). Then add the sliced leeks as well as soy sauce, sake and sugar. The most difficult part is getting the proportions right. Add little by little each of the 3, until you find the right combination. Once the mix tastes good, add everything on a plate of (Japanese) boiled rice, then the 2 sunny-side eggs on the top. Mix the whole with a spoon while eating. Well I hope you have understood as it was my first recipe explanation and I am just an amateur cook.

True. An egg poured over katsudon or oyako donburi...yummmm. It's going to cook some, anyway, when you put it on top of or in hot food.
Oh, and Maciamo. Great sounding recipe. I might just try it this weekend. And don't worry about your "recipe talk". It's fine!

Only on thing : They must be absolutely fresh : that is less than 5 days old. If you have the great chance to have a laying hen around you (an acquaintance of yours or in your familly or... else) dont hesitate in having an egg within seconds of it being laid. Yummi Yummi, and bad luck for you if you dont like it !!! other recipe for those who had a very busy night drinking + a headache when waking up in the morning : Take 1 dl fresh milk, add to it 1 egg yolk (uncooked of course but not the white part), a teespoon of sugar (preferably "cassonade" or brown unrefined sugar), add one soup spoon of brandy (just to keep the alcohol thread, its VERY important) mix by shaking well and drink it. Your friends will never believe that you feel so well allready (it'll them 3 days to recover..) Have a nice evening... LOL
