Trout Ice cream? Need Recipe!

Was watching ICA and saw sakais trout ice cream. Would anyone by chance know the recipe for this would be very apprecative.

LOL dreamer, I know what ya mean... Chocolate covered crickets and chocolate covered caterpillars. YUCK I would never eat that.
