travel insurance

I am looking for a good travel insurance for my trip to Japan.
I will stay there for about 5 weeks.
What is important for a good travel insurance?
Can you recommend me something? maybe a good insurance company?

Isn't there travel insurance available at airports? I hope so since this is where I'm thinking of getting it. Anyway if not why not go to those little shops where thy try to sell you trips I'm sure they would know some.

It's been a long time but have you ever heard of AIU? I know they used to be big with travel insurance worldwide. I'll see what I can find then I'll let you know.

They do have travel insurance machines in Narita Airport.

Really? Wow that is interesting then I can tell my friends if they visit etc... and they don't get it from travel agencies etc...

Did you happen to notice how much it was or what they offered?
