Need help with translating this!...

おっ,もうすぐ***
か。。。 ひさしぶだなぁ。。。
はぁん。。。?
なんだい、おかしな
くもで やんの。。。
かれは、せかいじゅうを たびして
いる ぼうけんか、ライティ。
ななつのうみと、そらをこえ、
きょうも きままな そらのたび。
なつかしいねぇ、このへんも
かわってな。。。な。。。
なんじゃ こりゃあ!?

All I could manage to figure out was...
something like...

Look, it's *** again...
after a long time slouch...
wonderful...?
Difficult theme, odd
soft cloud...
Dry leaves, the world is beautiful - I live to travel - there's one nut "Raitei"
The seven seas, the big sky,
today the sky is selfish.
I miss around here,
wha... wha...
what was that!?

Any help with these sentences would be much appreciated!

Hello, dadio-san,
It is difficult to understand only-hiragana-sentenses.

かれは、せかいじゅうをたびしているぼうけんかライティ。
You translated "かれは" is "dry lieaves", I guess.
But this "かれは" is not "dry leaves".
As you know "は" should pronounce "ha".
But in a sentense, "は" with the subject should pronounce "wa".
So in your case, this "かれは" is "Kare wa".

Following my translation.
Sorry my awkwardness.

おっ、もうすぐ *** か・・・
Ups, I'll arrive at **** soon...

ひさしぶりだなぁ・・・
It's been a while

はぁん・・・?
Hah?

なんだい、おかしなくもで やんの・・・
What a strange shaped cloud !

かれは、せかいじゅうを たびしている ぼうけんか ライティ。
He is Raitei the adventurer liveing to travel all over the world.

ななつのうみと、そらをこえ、きょうも きままな そらのたび。
Today he is still selfish in the sky after the seven seas and the big sky.

なつかしいねぇ、このへんもかわってないな・・・・
Feel nostalgic, here looks like the same as what I lived ....

な・・・なんじゃ こりゃあ!?
wha...wha... What is this !?

Thank you for your extremely helpful reply Rokken-san!
That has clarified alot of things for me!...
your translation makes sense!
just a few things though...
おっya say this translates as "Ups"...
should that be "Oops!"... or would ""Hmm..." be a more fitting translation?
also...
ななつのうみと、そらをこえ、きょうも きままな そ らのたび。
Today he is still selfish in the sky after the seven seas and the big sky.

I'm still not sure what this sentence means!...
could you rephrase that for me?...
(or perhaps someone else could give me their translation?)...
it would help me alot!
Domo!

dadio-san,
Thank you for your response.
I agree "おっ" should be "Opps!".
I intended to write this but I had wrong memory.
I rememberd "Ups!" as "Opps!" in that time.
Thank you I can correct my memory.

ななつのうみと、そらをこえ、きょうも きままな そらのたび

He flew over the seven seas and sky, and he still be in free and easy air travel.

What about this?

Enjoy!

I'll try it (even though I'm a beginner) if you can give it to me in kana and/or kanji, because I don't understand some of that romaji. WE, uTCHITImu, ?
