Best Cookbook?
Any good cookbook recommendations? I love Tokiko Suzuki "Japanese homestyle cooking" - It has great everyday recipes.

That is my favorite Japanese cookbook, Daniel. It's a really good intermediate level cookbook, I think.
I think the Quick & Easy series is good to have around. Titles like Quick and Easy Japanese Cuisine for Everyone, Favorite Japanese Dishes, and Quick & Easy Sushi Cook Book contain a lot of simple recipes and basic information. I consider them elementary level, but I think they are staples.
