I know you can find a bunch of those on http://www.shoutcast.com, but i don't listen to it myself. I rather listen to general JPop streams.

dunno, think so, cos shoutcast was built for winamp I think, but then again I'm not quite sure, so just look it up on google ?

I use Quicktime player to listen to radiostations from shoutcast. So you don't NEED winamp, but I guess Winamp is a good choice since shoutcast and winamp belong together.
