Hey, i and my wife will be having my holiday in tokyo area for 2 weeks end of december. currently looking for private room for weekly rental. We are in a tight budget so we are trying to get the cheapest one we can find. any help will be appreciated

thanks mate ... a friend of mine suggested Business Hotel around Otsuka .. she said theres one for a little 2000yen .. sounds dodgy but waiting for her reply nonetheless

A business hotel for 2000 yen? More than dodgy. They usually run a bit more than twice that. Besides, a business hotel room is for one person, and it is tiny with barely enough walking space between the bed and wall. Definitely not for couples.
