Does this sign change names at the top? I have seen a few others with different signs up top I dont get it? Still Awesome.

this pic is awesome!! i think nothing beats Ginza.
Times square is too in-your-face, very loud n brash. Ginza is like a cup of tea at jus the right temperature, jus the right time. gives u a jolt with beautiful elegance
