tomodachi ni au ni ikimasu

should it be aude?

or should it be tomodachi ni au ikimasu I think its this one?

Hello.

I am assuming you want to say "you will go to meet your friend" in that case it should be

友達に会いに行きます。
ともだちにあいにいきます
tomodachi ni ai ni ikimasu.

What you need to know is that when you use the に行く with a verb, you are saying you are going to do X. You change the verb to the stem form and then add に行く or
に来る,

The stem form of 会う is 会い in this example. Again it is really vital to learn how verbs and adjectives change.

Also as Mike said in another post, please keep your questions related to the thread you started with. If you want, just start a general thread with all you grammar questions and that does not focus on a specific point so you can just ask what you want.

Sorry for the late reply, was away from the internet for a few days.

Thanks for the correction. The endings of verbs and adjectives is what I'm learning and it is a bit confusing at times to get the right ending of them. Just have to keep reviewing it. Mike gave me a good resource to use so I got that covered. I'll learn by my mistakes.

Also I think I figured out a way now to post the lesson I'm on by posting a picture of the page/pages I'm on and what part of the lesson I'm posting about. Again, thanks.
