Keitaro痴 dream was to attend Tokyo University with his childhood sweetheart, a girl who he hasn稚 seen in years. Now he痴 failed the entrance exams and is in danger of losing his dream again if he doesn稚 stay focused. This is no easy task for the single twenty-year-old, especially since he痴 found himself the caretaker of girls� dorm filled with gorgeous young women. Yet, Keitaro is about to get motivated when he discovers that one of his tenants is his childhood crush!
