Final Jlpt 5 Practice...

Introduction
In this entry, I'll finish covering the rest of JLPT 5 exercises I started two entries ago. It's a fun exercise to figure out which elements I have yet to understand and which vocabulary words I'm missing from my personal lexicon.
Reading Comprehension
In the last part of the test, what needs to be done is to choose the right word to fill in the right blank.

-I like sushi. There are a lot of sushi shops in Japan. In my country there wasn't a lot sushi shops at first but now there a lot of them (I'm not sure what 「うれしいです」, I think it means to sell). In Japan [22, when I came] (unknown expression) I ate in some restaurants.
So the possible answers are:

So after picking my answer I looked up a couple of things, firstly:
①:うれしい/しい actually meant pleasant, not selling.
②:「いろいろ」actually meant various as an adjective.
③:I'm ok for 「から」and I think "to come" to Japan is the right answer. I wasn't sure about the difference between 「来るから」and「来てから」. So the difference is that the first one would be the future while the second one would be more like a perfect verb. So something along the lines of, after I came to Japan I ate in various sushi restaurants.
So I was wrong here. I should've used 「来てから」because it means that the clause is not the end of the sentence and that another predicate or clause follows it. Really need more practice about this.

At the restaurant/sushi shop in front of my school, it's cheap and delicious. I go there (together) with the people I like.
The possible answers for 23 are:

I'm unsure as to why the 「か」particle is there at the end of the four possible answers. I think a question is implied as in "why don't we go" sort of thing. I'm really unsure about this one. I think it's a negative+か sort of structure to make a suggestion, so that'd leave (2) and (4). I think I'd go with (4) in the sense of "Why not go with someone I like". But still, it feels a little odd in this context.
After picking my answer I went ahead and made sure I was right about a couple of things.
So I was right about 「好きな」meaning to like.

I like the library near the train station.
Since the sentence is talking about the library being a big store, I'd go with 「は」for #24.
They also sell (are selling) foreign books.

I'd go with (3) for this one in the sense of: There's also books from my own country.
I also like a lot of cooking books.

So when it comes to books, I always buy them at the library near the train station.
So I'd go with (3) for this one because that's the one I'm most familiar with. I mean, I knew 「でも」meaning "but" but it wouldn't fit in this context. Out of curiosity I looked up
「だから」: therefore
「では」:so (I had seen this one before in context but had never really looked for a definition of it). I also double-checked 「それから」and realized I was wrong.
「それから」means "after that". So (1) or (2) is likely the right answer but I think the best one would be 「だから」.
Conclusion
So that's about it for JLPT 5. Following the test there are a couple of things I want to study further namely the 「が」particle to make sure I understand it correctly for future tests. I think reviewing the ~て form couldn't hurt.
Thanks for reading!
