Inakadate (田舎館村 Inakadate-mura) is a village in Minamitsugaru District in Aomori Prefecture in the Tōhoku region of Japan, famous for its rice paddy art (田んぼアート tambo āto), an art form originating in Japan where people plant rice of various types and colors to create a giant pictures in a paddy field. In 2016, Simon Beck was invited to present his winter rice field art (冬の田んぼアート fuyu no tambo āto).
