    I'd add:
    ⑥ I haven't eaten any beef recently.

Also, where you have studied/learned, I'd choose studied in both cases.

    >He has learned/studied Italian for about five years.
    >Nancy has started studying/learning Japanese recently.
Do you think you can use both "study" and "learn" in each sentence?

If you use study and learning in the pres.perf.continuous then they would both be fine, but I don't think you could say "He has learned Italian for about five years," because, if the action of learning has been completed, it would obviously not be continuing for 5 years. You can continue studying for as long as you like though, so you could say "I've studied ....... for 5 years" but personally I would prefer pres.perf.continuous for study aswell.
