Dear native English speakers,
do you use these sentences?
(a1) All I could find is/was this.
(a2) All I found is/was this.
(b1) This is/was all I could find.
(b2) This is/was all I found.
(c1) I could just find this.
(c2) I could only find this.
(d1) I could find nothing but this.
(d2) I could find nothing except this.
(e1) I couldn't find anything but this.
(e2) I couldn't find anything except this.

Thanks in advance.
Hirashin

The (a) and (b) sets are fine.

Tho I wouldn't call it wrong, I'd use/choose (c2) before (c1).

And again, tho the (d) set is not wrong, I'd use/choose the (e) set as the more natural way of saying that.
