Here is a example of practical Japanese

phrase when you stay at Japanese hotel.

予約をしてあります(よやくをしてあります。)

(how to read)yoyaku wo shite arimasu

meaning: I have a reservation.

You can memorize this phrases and use as it is.

But there is several different expressions as the same meaning.

You can also say it "予約をしてあるのですが"

When you use this expression, there is a hidden sentence after.

it is "確認をお願い致します。".

Connecting these sentence, the meaning in English will be:

I have a reservation, so please confirm it.

「が」means [but] usually, in this sentence it means [so].

If you use this phrase, you should say only"予約をしてあるのですが".

You don't have to say "確認をお願い致します", because

the clerk will expect what you want to say usually by only hearing the
first sentence.

"予約をしてあるんですけど" is the same, and it is limper than

"予約をしてあるのですが".

Vocabulary:予約, 確認, お願いします、~をしてあります。

予約(よやく):reservation

確認(かくにん):confirmation

お願いします(おねがいします) means "Please"

・お願い、お願いだよ is limper expression.

・お願い申し上げます is a polite language for upper class person and

this is most famous expression in business situation like E-mail between company.

・お願い致します is a polite language, too.

~を(既に)してあります:One have (already) done something.

You can add"既に(すでに)[already]", but it is to emphasize that you've done something,

so if your sentence's going to be stubborn, you should not use it.
