Hi. I bought frying pans made in Japan, the instruction is only in Japanese without any translated version. I need to know what I shall use to clean them , in order not to scratch or damage the surface. I can just guess some things from pictures.

So can someone please, translate what is written in the photos (concerning cleaning).
P.S. I guess I should not use metal spoons to mix the food inside?
Thanks in advance so-so much!!!

You must not throw cool water on it while it's still hot. You need to clean it up with wet cloth while it's hot, or wash it with a neutral detergent and soft sponge after cooling it. If the frying pan gets burned and stuck on, boil 1 litter of water and 20g of sodium bicarbonate for a little while, take the pan off a fire, leave it for 2 hours, and then wipe it up with soft cloth or sponge.

P.S. I guess I should not use metal spoons to mix the food inside?
Yes. You shouldn't use metal utensils.

And for first use, you should heat briefly (30 seconds) and rub in a spoon of cooking oil with a paper towel. Even if you have used it, you should do this from time to time to condition it.
