    Hi there deal friends,
Is it possible to find a rental apartment for less than around 10000 or 20000 yen per month in the Tokyo 23 district area? Location wouldn't be a problem I'm just wondering because there are a lot of cheap apartments with this kind of price for rent on homes.co.jp and I wonder if they are legit?

That place looks legit but keep in mind it's tiny, 50 years old, has a shared toilet and doesn't have a shower or bath and it's at the far edge of the 23-wards. Almost in Tama. And not very close to the station. No balcony and northern facing. On the plus-side there is probably good access to fireworks displays around there at the river. And you might be able to make friends at the local public bath. You can get into Shinjuku pretty quickly from there too.
