First of all I want to say thank you for any input. I was stationed in Japan from 2009-2011 while in the military, and fell in love with Okinawa, but didn't really have plans to return fast forward 6 years later, and I want to. The problem? I had soft bank phone service while on Oki and left island with an outstanding bill. I've been told that I can't return now because I'll have some sort of warrant? Is this true? And if so how if possible can I fix this to return to the most beautiful place in the world. Thank you

SoftBank has a global customer support call center. You can call them, notify them that you would like to pay an outstanding balance from 2011, and discuss how you can make the payment.

Perhaps more importantly, are you eligible for a visa?
