The past form of the irregular verbs

    Dear native English speakers,
    I made a practice sheet on "the past form of the irregular verbs".
    Would someone check my sentences?
    ① Tom and Mary came to my house yesterday.

    ② I went shopping with my mother last/on Sunday.

    ③ I saw a lot of tall/high building in that area.

    ④ I drank some (/a cup of ) coffee after dinner.

    ⑤ My mother got up at five this morning.

    ⑥ She wrote a long letter to her mother.

    ⑦ I read an interesting book last month.

    ⑧ They built a high/tall tower in the park.

    ⑨ This morning my sister made our breakfast.

    ⑩ I caught a big/large fish in this river yesterday morning.

    ⑪ I took my children to the amusement park on/last Saturday.

    ⑫ We knew he was sick.

    ⑬ I found a nice restaurant near the/my office.

    ⑭ Meg said, "I bought a new bike."

    1 トムとメアリーが、昨日、私の家に来た。(Tomで始めてcome, houseを使い8語)
    2 前の日曜、私は母と一緒に買い物に行った。(Iで始め8語)
    3 私はその地域で(in that area)、たくさんの高い建物を見た。(I で始めa lotを用いて10語)
    4 私は夕食の後、コーヒーを飲んだ。(drinkを用いて)
    5 私の母は、今朝、5時に起きた。(My で始め, get, this を用いて8語か9語)
    6 彼女は、彼女の母親に長い手紙を書いた。(toを用いて8語)
    7 先月、面白い(interesting)本を読んだ。(Iで始め7語)
    8 彼らはその公園に高い塔(tower)を建てた。(buildを用いて8語)
    9 今朝は、姉が私達の朝食を作った。(This で始め, makeを用いて7語)
    10 昨日の朝、この川で大きな魚を捕まえた。(Iで始め10語)
    11 私は前の土曜日(私の)子ども達をその遊園地(amusement park)に連れて行った。(Iで始め10語)
    12 私達は彼が病気だと知っていた。(sickを用いて5語)
    13 私は会社(office)の近くで,すてきなレストラン(nice restaurant)を見つけた。(Iで始め8語)
    14 メグ(Meg)は「新しい自転車を買ったの」と言った。(sayとbuy を用いて7語)

    They all look correct to me. Tall is used more often to refer to buildings as opposed to high.

    On ③, you need the plural: buildings.
