Hey anyone know how to translate japanese to english from hearing a phrase? Spelled in english and japanese would help with pronunciation.

    Here is where it's said.

Sounds like he said "shi-nari dine" what is he saying?

    決まりだね。
    Kimari da ne.
Hit! (His technique has critically hit the opponent.)

    Simply, learn the language.

Do you want to hear the detailed grammatical explanation of the function of the -masu stem of the verb "kimaru", the copula "da" or the sentence ending particle "ne"?
