I would like to know the Translation of this Yosegaki Hinomaru
it is from a WWII Veterans Family, any help would be appreciated.
Is it a period Post-War copy, or a genuine battlefield pick up?
Thanks In Advance for any Translation

There are four typical patriotic slogans 祈武運長久 "eternal good luck in battle", 撃ちてしやまむ "I/We never stop until defeating the enemy", 皇軍 "Imperial Army" and 萬歳 "Banzai". There also is a company name 尾道造船 Onomichi Dockyard Co., Ltd. there. The company was founded in 1943, so the flag must be presented after that if it's a genuine one. The rest are all signatures.

Toritoribe,
どうもありがとう
Can you tell me why the name of the Onomichi Dockyard Co.., Ltd. would be on the Flag?
Would the Soldier who carried the Flag be a former Employee of the Company?
also, as far as the names on the Flag, is it possible to determine which name is that of the Soldier or his Rank?, and last question, is this the proper placement, with the 2 corner tabs on the right corner?

One of the dedicators 杉原資郎 Sugihara Shirō, not the recipient of the flag, is an employee of the company.

Unfortunately, no.

is this the proper placement, with the 2 corner tabs on the right corner?
Yes.
