Hello, native English speakers,

In my knowledge, (a) and (b) are correct while (c) is incorrect. Am I right?
(a) The number of Japanese students who want to study abroad is decreasing.
(b) Japanese students who want to study abroad is decreasing in number.
(c) Japanese students who want to study abroad is decreasing.

(a) is correct. (b) is correct if you change 'is' to 'are'. (c) is incorrect.

Instead of "in my knowledge", use "to my knowledge". I am sure we have mentioned this previously.

Thanks for the help, Joadbres. I'm forgetful. Sorry. It seems it's getting hard for me to learn new things.
