Well, I hope it is not that silly...
While listening my favorite j-pop songs I often stumble over the word "shinjite"
Here are some lines, where the word is used...
Shinjite ite anata no koto o
Shinjite ite hoshii anata no koto o
I wondered, what this word means, but could not figure out...
Thanks for agreeing with me ^_~
Try the opening of Record of Lodoss war!
Kiseki no Umi

I use WinMX with good effort...
But there are warnings already, that the US Music industry RIAA starts looking for sharers on WinMX as well...
If this is really true, it may well be closed down like AudioGalaxy...
www.jalana.com
is where you can find some anime songs once a while....
not much...
My alltime favorite is Miki Imai.
She was the first who showed me jpanese music besides anime.
(anime by this time means Sailor Moon and Neon Genesis Evangelion.. the only really popular animes in Germany at that time..)
I love her voice and her somtimes kinda jazzy melodies.
Butterfly in...
I like Maaya Sakamoto very much, especially when she is working together with Yoko Kanno.
Her beautifull voice and his talent for unusual sounds...
I like the Theme of Loddos War and the english song Annother grey day in a big blue world.
Japanses singing english are cute ^-^
I've seen it too...
Can anybody help me figure out, if the boy survived???
Every time I watch Tokyo Eyes I get confused with this question again...
And for all Germans...

here you will find Japanese programs on german TV...
But I do still miss the best ^^
I watched Ringu 1 & 2 and was realy scared.
Normaly I am not much scared seein horror movies, especially as Hollywood seems to think, that horror is the same as blood.
Ringu 2 frightened me even mor as Ringu 1 did.
I hope I can see Ringu zero, too!
Hi!
I am nearly 28 years old and form Germany.
I just stumbled in lookig for some J-pop information on google.
I can't wait to see trhough all theses interesting threats.... ^-^
I came upon some japanese covers of english songs, like Shimatani Hitomi's Papillon, cover of Janet Jackson, some anime tunes, covering Country Roads and Sugar Baby Love, and an old cover Platter's Save the last Dance for me.
Especially Country Roads sounds extremely funny, becuase its words...
Well, I just tried out some enka of diferent artists, just took on what I could lay my hands on.
The were very different. Some of them sound quite nice, but others, well, they sound rather funny.
In Dusseldorf I saw a live performance of two enka... They sounded godd to me, but I can't...
I am very curious, so I am always on the run to find translations of my favorite J-pops.
It's funny, but the songs I like most always seem to come out with real pretty lyrics.
The more I like a song for its melody or the singers voice, the more I search to find any translations.
